These are right up my alley, too. I love the idea that there's an INSTRUCTION and REQUIREMENT, it's the same as what makes any cock-hero-type video effective for me as well. You have to stroke when / if / because this certain thing is doing / seeing / whatever, on the video. I like the two you've linked, and I tend to like any JOI that includes rather specific instructions -- push the hand this way; pull the skin that way; only the top, only the bottom; fast, slow; etc..
