Am not sure how much of a punishment any of these are...
how difficult are they for you to do?
surely they can not all be..equal.
I would recommend: No touch at all of sexy parts.. this would include going to bathroom, and shower/bath
so
you would have to be really creative.
also lots of spanking and/or some kind of pain (if that is a negative..if not than a humiliation punishment)
