• Gameplay Length: 45:16 (First stroke to final stroke)
• Size: 4.36GB
• Music: All included rounds feature female artists and use the same beat patterns from the original Island 4 release.
• Content: All rounds prior to the reward round are sourced from Island 4 and are nearly identical to their original presentation. The new reward round is consistent in theme and quality with the rest of the video.
• Presentation: There are no RPG segments. Onscreen text will drive the new story between and during gameplay rounds. In the reward round, visual beat prompts will change in style to the new prompts developed for the upcoming Cock Hero Revolution 3rdMIX. They are very easy to follow.
• Difficulty: Moderate. 2-3 days rest is recommended for a challenging experience. With less rest, I believe the majority of players will clear this video on the first try, especially if they have played Island 4 before.
• Reward: You will get a 2-minute warning and a 25-second countdown during the final round.

Played and... as I recalled from other Island episodes, it is not quite my thing.
