I put ALL of the rules of Milovana into a fun format
a tease!!
if you want to look over them:
https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=18806
this included use of pictures and such.
basically the rule of thumb is.. If you are making money off of it.. it is probably illegal..
technically.. it gets pretty muddy fast.. on use of videos /and or music for cock hero
or posting a tease
or even pics in a forum
or even quotes...
however: when using other artists work.. it is a nice nod if you name the artists you are borrowing from, even if it is free use
and as always
ALL my material I do in teases or posts is open content.
(though other tease writers and makers of things like cock/hero videos should be asked before borrowing any piece of their stuff.. technically anyway)

Good topic and good info...
It might also be worth noting that the legality of these rules and guidelines vary from country to country, and will differ depending on your region as the creator of this art as well as the location of the original copyright holder and the extent of their copyright.

I noticed that some teases use images that are non-erotic. Most of them from free image stock sites that do not demand any credits.
However most of these stock sites have a rule that you are NOT allowed to use these images for anything porn related. So using them in teases might get you into problems.

Also, I always recommend getting all your legal advice from anonymous porn-oriented bulletin-boards on the internet ...

A couple of things...
What is the intent? If you use material to create something for yourself and only yourself, it still might be "wrong / illegal", but it's not hurting the original creators of the the materials in any way and will probably be okay. If you use the material and end up creating something to share with other or for distribution, then it becomes a legal issue. The reason is, now those creators of those materials are seeing their product being used and shared without their consent or permission. One example is a music artist gets royalties whenever someone uses their songs for something, but if you have their whole song in a CH video, and distribute it to the public, and you don't have legal permission to use, distribute or fail to pay royalties, you could probably get into trouble.
When using other people's material in your work, always cite your sources. This is the same when even writing a paper or article or even an essay. Some could still argue that writing an article is like "art" but you still need to cite your sources when you use other people's material within your own. Another point to this would also be not to pass off a CH video as your own work. Yes you put together a compilation of videos and music and spent a lot of time in gathering material and editing, but none of those materials is yours.
I should point out that Awesome X used to create a lot of CH videos and was very popular. And if I'm not mistaken, he stopped due to the fact he was getting notices of copyright infringements and did not want to deal with the legality of any of it. He posted about it on another thread also discussing "fair use" in CH videos.
