GuideMe/TeaseMe downloading questions

Hi everyone,
I was hoping someone who saw this message would be able to help me out. I'm such a dummy...not very smart with computers...and would love for someone to help me out in downloading the correct program I need to have, how to extract files, download games (for example, The Ultimate Man Test), etc.
If anyone is willing to help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. Maybe we could chat on Skype?
