Public tease at a mall, anyone remember?

I remember reading a tease awhile ago that had you go into a mall bathroom and cum in a drink or popcorn or something then walk around the mall drinking/eating it, probably involved other stuff too but that is all I remember from it. Does anyone know which tease I'm talking about?
