Hey all,

I've been looking for some teases that require/encourage exercise, fitness, or working out as part of the tease. Something that involves pushups, sit-ups, leg lifts, squats, etc...

Thanks for the reply! The latter two teases look promising, and I'll certainly give them a try!

I'm not really into sissification, so the first author's teases don't appeal to me.

I put a Teasme tease up a while back called "Rooms", working out was a big part of it. No idea if it's still up though.
