Some of us can't afford to go out and buy some of the toys needed for teases (buttplugs, cages etc...) but there must be good alternatives lying around the home.
For example...kinda obviously carrots, cucumbers and the like can make decent makeshift dildos.

I once constructed a home-made electrocuting cockring using a trick 'shocking' lighter and some wires and things. It was pretty good actually, it had a little dial on it to control how much of a charge it emitted. Ill put the plans up here sometime.

In my favorites I found two sites with a lot of instructions for do-it-yourself style BDSM tools.
Unfortunately (not for me ) they are both in german. But they have pics which might help a lot.

BTW: Plug is normally not translated into german, so you should be able to find it.

Ok i drew the basic plans for the cock-shocker!
Im no good at electrical stuff, I basically just botched it together in 5 minutes. I guess you could take your time, house it in its own little box with its own buttons and voltage control. I was in too much of a hurry for a wank...
its pretty fun, if you add a potentiometer and set it really low it feels really nice... at full charge its very painful!
