I love these gaming 'forfeits' type ideas. I've seem some great ones for league of legends, but with Dark Souls its always your fault for not being good enough.

To put a denial spin on it you could even flip it on its had and say the number of times you die is the number of days (or hours or whatever) that you have to wait before you cum.
