Account deactivated

Hi, this is a backup account. I tried sending an email but that didn't seem to work, so I'll try a post here too.
I made a change to the email on my account (velo), which was supposed to send a confirmation email to the new address. It hasn't done so, and my account is also apparently deactivated now so I can't login. If possible, would you mind reactivating it?
