- So the summary before I finally get to my point - you should:

Now we have the parts but we need to put them together in right order. Phase 1

4. 99,6-99,99% is the

Phase 3
The point of the training is to use "short" strokes to get to the "proper edge" state (it means to keep the meter 97,1-98,9%). Doing this is extremely pleasurable but difficult to handle. The longer you keep yourself at this state the better for you. Here is the point where the PC muscles comes in. When you hold yourself in the "proper edge" state you will either go back to "normal edge" state or the "cum leakage" state.
