Using denial to get in shape

Right now a wonderful friend of mine is helping me get in shape. She has decided that I am only allowed one orgasm a week. I get this every Sunday, but only if I work out during the week. Every Monday she sends me my workout schedule for the week, if I fail to achieve the workout, I am not allowed my release for that week. She also can give me stroking and edging tasks as part of my "workout". I am curious what others think about this.

I work out on a regular basis but I certainly am no health pro. However I think this idea certainly would provide the motivation to keep with the program thats for sure.

Interesting story, that has been a long-time fantasy of mine. (I usually exercise anyway, but it's hard to find motivation to wake up early and go to the gym!) Nice to hear that some people are enjoying this in real life

I had been working out ocassionally, but this has definately helped me step up my efforts. When we began I committed to two months of these weekly challenges. I am in week 3 and have lost 5 pounds. Every time I try to do a little extra to impress her, she just adds that new level as the expectation for the next week. She mentioned that 2 weeks might be a better idea than just one week. Thoughts? Also, should it end after the 2 months or should she be allowed to extend the deal? This is all very new to me.

Well, IMHO, she should decide all this, shouldn't she?

I'm lucky because I enjoy exercise and don't need motivating. And also because I don't drive, thus I walk everywhere (up to a couple of miles), which exercise is a pretty good way to keep fit anyway.
I notice that if I don't exercise, or do less, for any reason, my sex drive goes down quickly, and if I'm more than usually active, it goes up. So I really think it's a case of "virtue is its own reward".
I'm sure there are good physiological reasons for this: aerating the blood, releasing the body's feel-good endorphins, etc. etc.
I find that if I get on my rowing machine soon (i.e. within half an hour) after doing an edging tease-and-deny, my power output goes up dramatically! Which leads me to wonder whether professional atheletes might do this as a means to better their performances.
(I can imagine a brilliant Sardax picture of this: Desperately gorgeous female training coach, rows of atheletes on little stools doing their orgasm denials, in a dressing room before a major competition, crowds outside...)

Great potential
I recall a discussion in chat, and about everyone (all three or four persons in there) would loved it. Though I would make the setup a little different. Meaning, not having to wait a week. (I would prefer something like five days, I am not that brave)

Kinky idea...I like it! Try wearing running shorts without any underwear. I think that would provide some pretty intense stimulation while on a jog...maybe too much to bear? Also you could try doing pushups where you push your penis into a fleshlite everytime you go down...pull it out on the way up. Of course, you must be looking at images teasing women...or erotic movies the entire time.

My friend did mention watching porn might become part of my work out next week. I am hesitant to mention the underless running shorts and fleshlight suggestions because she doesnt need help finding ways to make this more challenging on me. So I guess this is my question for the group. Do I have to share all of these ideas with her as well as any new ideas that are given here?

Not necessary, just mention Milovana once 'by accident'.

I am afraid to let her find this site because as of right now I dont think she knows about chastity or cuckolding, dont know if I want this to go in that direction.

diddums, just in response to your mention there about athletes, I know when I was playing high school and collegiate athletics our coaches always used to tell us not to have any sort of sex or anything before games because there's the idea it makes you a bit weaker or slower. I know that old time boxing trainers used to ban their fighters from sex for weeks or even months before fights (maybe they still do, who knows).

This sounds like a great idea. I guess deciding on how long you want to wait (a week or two) depends on how much you want to be controlled. If you are full out into the fantasy, let her decide (she will probably pick two weeks) if you just are kinda sorta into it, stick with a week.
On the whole sex before sports; a show called "Sports Science" tested this. They had a boxer do some tests while not having sex for like a week maybe before hand, and then came back a week later after doing it twice the night before. He actually did slightly better after getting it on the night before. So, they concluded no change.

Nice. So, urslaveboy4u, tell us more about this "arrangement"... does your friend help you out with that weekly release?
In any case, I wouldn't be giving her any ideas about how to motivate you. She seems to be doing a great job by herself. No need to overload her with all the ideas people here can come up with!
On the subject of teasing and exercise in general, I've recently tried something new (for me)... watching porn while I workout on the treadmill. So far, I like it. Normally I don't have the time / patience to just sit and watch 30 min or more of a porn. This way, I can multi-task, and it's kind of a tease, too. In general, I can't get too hard when I'm working out (as the blood has to flow elsewhere). POV-style porn works especially well, as it sort of provides some extra motivation and something else to think about.

I agree, the POV style works best. I like a movie that involves a little simulated interaction too...not just mindless stroking. I think some of Taylor's teases are really good. I also like the movies on Chica's Place. The Chica's place movies always end in release...I kind of like the torture of watching a release without getting one myself though. There's a few fitness/exercise themes in some of her movies too.
