Here you will find the matches lined up for the Milovana Chess Tournament for those who registered under Princess Christies post.

Rules:

1. You and your opponent are reponsible to schedule a time for your match. All matches will be played on Yahoo Instant Messenger.

2. Each round you will have 3 days to contact your opponent and play your game. Anyone unable to play a game because of a no show of an opponent will either advance to the next round as the winner or play another unmatched player. The person who doesn't show up will be eliminated.

3. The format is Modified Single Elimination. You may lose one match in the first two matches on the winners bracket and be moved to the losers bracket. A loss in the losers bracket will eliminate you from the tournament. A lose in the third round and beyond in the winners bracket will eliminate you as well.

4. There will be a 1 minute per move time limit on your matches. Unless, you and your opponent agree to another time limit as long as there is no conflict with match times.

5. Loser of the match must report immediately the results of the game back in this forum, under this thread.

Remember this is for fun, so lets keep it that way, always repect your opponent. First round start times begin Saturday, May 10th and all first round matches must be played by end of Monday May 12th. Second round will beging Tuesday May 13th. I will update the board daily once results come in. You may go ahead and play matches ahead of schedule once you know your next opponent.

I am leaving the spot open for a third of fourth round finisher. I would just advance Marke but he has ben advanced already and would be unfair to play that many less matches.

I've heard nothing from Phelos.

I knew I wasnt very good, and I was out-classed by Dath85...
I was double-checked after about 10-moves, the game lasted quite a bit longer - but eventually I was defeated by a better player...

Congrats Dath85 you are moving on to round two... - And thanks for the game - It was actualy quite fun, even though I supect it was more fun winning....

We played the first ever Milovana chess game? Ace :) I hope to see you again in the next tournament.

After a weekend of stress trying to have the match Goodboy tried to rush the game because of imminent burning of dinner and lost to Peter.

Tira loses to Forevergallant.
