model help?

I designed the intern to a surgeon tease, but I got the pictures from stormeagle and neither he nor I know who the model is. If anyone knows the name of the model I used for this tease I would be very appreciative. Thanks for your help.

All I know is that she is on onlytease.com in June and August (respectively) 2005, in sets 1763 and 1764 (respectively).
