New to chastity

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows somewhere I can look or just say here but I was looking for ways to get used to chastity cages. I bought the newest holy trainer and it fits well and comfortable just need to get used to wearing it. I'm not sure if theres any methods to get used to it for 24 hour wearing or just wear it for like 4 hours then the next time longer etc then sleeping with it on. Also not sure if there is somewhere I can look or not or if i have it figured out. Just seeking tips in general before it becomes weird without having it on. Been looking at websteases that have to do with chastity devices also. Thanks for reading sorry if something doesn't make sense I typed kind of fast. ^^
