Maybe because THEY are stupid, not realizing the damage they're doing to their formerly beautiful bodies, both physically and aesthetically.

Simple... for money. For most girls who get breast augmentation, they general get a lot more work, which means a lot more money. I think most porn viewers equate big boobs to being sexy, regardless if they're natural or not.

For that matter, there's probably a big crowd of porn viewers who love big fake boobs as it seemingly adds to the slutiness of a girl.

For me personally, Aletta Ocean going super fake boobs (and lips for that matter) was quite disappointing.

I notice, there are 3 things that a big percentage of porn viewers seem to always want to see; big fake boobs, anal and bbc. With that demand, the industry pushes for the supply. And mokkori is correct, that just means they get paid more to meet those demands of the viewers.

I used to like her before too. What's funny is she disappeared for a while, came back with those ugly things on her chest, then retired shortly after.

And if you want a couple more names on this list, Lela Star and Bailey Rose (now Devinn Justine) come to mind. I thought both were beautiful before, but since they had work done, I think they both now look awful.

Some girls are getting uglier with it. But for me it's some type of fantasy that needs to be fulfilled. And no boobs in porn doesn't do any good since if you can touch them it doesn't really matter that much how big they are, but if you can't touch them you have to atleast visually see them.

I'll be the lone voice of opposition here then. I love beautiful natural ones too don't get me wrong - but I have a big fascination and lust for the after pics that were posted too.

To be fair, I will admit that many of them (post augmentation) look better still in their sexy bras and lingerie - because I'll admit they can be done to be unnatural looking - but the bigger firmer inside their sexy attire is super arousing. And I find myself more turned on with looking at them in their bras than after the bra is removed.

To me - every "after" pic is more appealing than its counterpart that were posted here - for a porn star that is. But that doesn't mean that women aren't or can't be gorgeous without those procedures. There are many gorgeous women in these CH vids without those very unnatural looking bolt-ons. Malena Morgan, Janice Grifith, Mia Malkova, Ariana Marie, Lexi Belle, Anjelica are all great examples of knockout gorgeous hot ass chicks in these vids without the excessive silicon. But I find very flat chests to be anti-arousing as I think I'm looking at a inappropriately aged girl or even a boy. Like Guerlain for instance or Riley Reid. Pretty face and great ass and legs, and Riley is super sexy in her attitude that is such a turn on, but without a shirt on, she does nothing for me, and in fact it's a bit disturbing. As a father of a pre-pubescent girl, it just hits too close to home and creeps me out. And a lot of younger newer girls especially in more tease videos seem to have that same so-flat-walls-are-jealous chested body type.

I also love the Pamela Anderson inspired lips that Aletta Ocean has, too. But hey that's just me, I don't ever knock another for their preference; porn is just another art form which is very subjective.

All of them better after in my opinion. Except maybe Lela Star, who is just different. She is like a whole new person, both are hot.

Wow! Aletta Ocean was really cute before. I don't know if I've ever seen how she looked before, at least knowingly (maybe I've seen her in a CH video, etc.)

I know about 2 models which are in my opinion looked better after, one of them is Bonnie Rotten, the other would be a german porn model (active in the 80's) - Gina Wild.
(I guess maybe a 3rd model comes in mind, Aiden Star, her boobs look real, imho, but when you look at eralier shoots of her, something has grown).

Augmentations that still look real somewhat real after are definitely the best. Julia Ann, Shyla Stylz are two examples. As are large real looking ones like Connie Carter and April O'Neil for the win!

I had never seen Aletta Ocean pre-surgery before. What the hell was she thinking??? She was gorgeous.... I was also saddened when Black Angelika and Rebecca Linares got implants too. Such a waste of natural beauty.

I generally don't mind implants, so long as they don't look like beach balls taped to a surf board. Sunny Leone is one of my favourite Pornstars, whilst she didn't need the implants at all, she still looks incredible.
