I don't usually like answering these types of "what's the best" questions -- people's preferences are so wide-ranging -- but I think one or two considerations merit mention here.
First, the BEST cock-hero, to me, is always, ANYTHING THAT IS NEW. After having seen ANY of them too many times, especially too many times in the near recent past, they lose their appeal to me.
Second, the BEST cock-hero, to me, is, one in which the stimulus comes from the IMAGERY (visual and auditory) more than from the STROKE-METER. If the creator just requires me to pound away as fast as humanly possible (or faster! some of them are as quick as 350 bpm, humanly impossible even for an adept drummer!) in order to force orgasm on the basis of strictly physical unavoidability (which seldom happens to me now, anyway) then I'm not really interested in his creation and I feel like he's missing the point.
Third, if you don't like a certain type of imagery or porn, it can be a real killer TO THE WHOLE VIDEO. I recall one which ends with a woman's prolapsed anus. That video, as far as matching my preferences, turning me on, getting me PERSONALLY off, is otherwise very good for me. The first 90% of the thing is very good, to near excellent, to almost perfect, in my opinion, for me. But that ONE prolapse scene ruins it for me. I went so far as to learn some basic video-editing software to remove the latter five minutes of the cock hero and rename it "such and so cock hero, truncated" for my own collection. Similarly, there's a ball-kicking scene in another, which again turns me off. So, a winning cock hero must have nothing offensive, while also having lots that is desirable. Tough to match, for all viewers.
To continue this third point, how does it happen? Well, creators usually are just doing their best. I can't complain. But, I think sometimes the creators have other aims. Mostly, I think creators sometimes are simply trying to stretch the mainstream envelope -- "Hmm," I can imagine them thinking, "There's been an awful lot of vanilla porn here. Let's see if I can escalate up a notch, to something that people will LIKE but will be SURPRISED by at the same time." These people, these creations, I can't complain about. It's their best shot, maybe it hit me, maybe it didn't, maybe it's excellent for tons of other people, maybe not, thanks for trying! Glad you made it. But at other times, creators are just looking to shock. They bug me. "Hmm," I can imagine this other set of creators thinking, "There's been an awful lot of vanilla porn here. And PEOPLE ARE LOSERS IF THEY ONLY LIKE VANILLA PORN SO THIS IS REALLY GOING TO FUCK THEM UPPPPP!!" I dislike that latter attitude, more for the judgment it implies than anything else. There's a kind of "I would rather ruin their day by proving I'm tougher than them, than actually be friendly to them" attitude going on. If it has that latter flavor, then I don't like it even if I DO like the scenery that they've chosen in which to deliver the shock. I remember a few times when a majority-softcore cock hero proceeded to end with some serious fantasy-rape-oriented anal gang-bang abusive pounding. I kind of liked the fantasy-rape-oriented scene, it fit with some of my preferences. But the disjointed nature of the whole thing made it clear, that this last scene was added more for shock value, for self-aggrandizement of the creator, than for aiding the sexual stimulus. Again, it turned me off, even though I personally was sexually "into" the scene itself.
So, it's hard for a creator to make a cock hero that MATCHES lots of people's preferences, while also making a cock hero that is not so vanilla that it doesn't also ultimately bore and disappoint most people. To include anything out of the mainstream of vanilla porn, you have already risked the offense-response that someone might have. I had it at the prolapsed anus -- I don't judge that other people might find it cool, but I didn't, to an extreme. Zot! Total failure! It's an all-or-nothing proposition, each and every single escalation choice that a creator makes. This isn't the case for most creativity -- if you dislike ONE chapter of a novel a bit, it doesn't exactly match your preferences, but the other 90% of it is good, you'll simply say it's 90% good with 10% disappointment. Often that's the same in movies, music, theater, etc.. In porn, however, the prime consideration is that it has to ALWAYS remain unoffensive to the viewer's preferences. Any transgression can be an absolute transgression for a certain individual viewer. It's harder to make porn work, when it's a compilation of variety, for this reason. Consequently, personal preferences are always going to be important to the discussion, even more so in porn than anywhere else. But here, you aren't really addressing the question of varying preferences, not at all, in this thread. "Which are your favorites" needs to be re-asked, as, "Which is the best for X" or "for Y" in which X and Y may be EITHER a certain type of stroking, or editing, or video layout, or musical choices, or porn, or females, or cunts, or males, or dicks, or scenes, or number of partners, or fakeness of tits, or realness of tits, or ...
