Denial can be a very personal experience, in that it effects different people in different ways. I find the longer I am denied, the more submissive I become for my dominant, and that I'm more easily turned on by my usual likes. It also seems that I become more open to things that don't normally turn me on, at least not consciously. So perhaps it's opening up the subconscious as I crave release? who knows. hehe. Either way I always enjoy denial, and I'm actually looking forward to my next period of it. Good luck with your explorations Lu. :-)

I have tried denying myself a few time, but I find the longer I deny myself the more irritable i become so just be wary of that. if you want to make it harder (at least for me) you can make sure you EDGE at least once a day
just my two bits.

Personally, I find that (like with most things) the only sure way through is to OWN the tension. LOVE the anticipation, the overwhelming tension filling your body. Seems like you've got half the battle already well in hand.

I used to love T&D, unfortunately somewhere along the line I started getting bouts of restless leg and the ONLY thing that makes it stop and allows me to sleep is masturbation.

It's funny, I never figured I'd miss NOT being able to do something.
