TOTM Nominees

This is a bit of a noobish question, but how are the nominees for Tease Of The Month chosen? I've just seen a certain assortment up for vote from time to time, but is it based on rating or is there a Milovana Academy?

It's the top 5 rated teases published in a month.

The rules for the TOTM are written under the nominees every month
The best rated teases will be nominated.

Seems like a good system, thanks guys!
I ask because I'm working on my first tease as we speak. It's quite in-depth and is taking some time to finish, so I was kinda hoping that it'd get some recognition with the TOTM thing.
But hey, that's up to you guys . . .
I'll give you the title anyway: "Wank to which outfit?"

Normal you need at least a vote better than 4.0 but the most months the vote has to be 4.2 or higher to be in the top 5
