Blackmail Fantasy Videos - what's the risk?

I am very new to watching blackmail videos, but I've played along a few times, sending information or pictures of myself. I've never signed a contract. My questions:
1) As I understand it (correct me if I'm wrong), they can't legally use pictures or info you send to blackmail you, unless you've signed an actual blackmail contract, right? I assume their threats in videos are all bluff, so there's no real risk of them outting you to your family, friends, etc., is there? Because they could be arrested for that, am I right?
2) Some findoms claim that they can get your name, address, phone, and even credit card info through the clips stores such as clips4sale. Is any of this true? Even though those sites collect that information, I totally doubt they would send that info to their stores.
3) Again, as I understand it, the findom can make any blackmail threats or demands for you to send them money in the videos, because they are just role playing in a FANTASY video, so it's not real. I assume they could not actually send you emails or phone calls, etc. because that would no longer be considered fantasy, but actual blackmail. In other words, anything they say in their blackmail fantasy videos is pure bluff, right?
