Hhmmm I would say one to two hours but since it looks like you'll be drinking it after each one and you're trying for 15--you can't go all day without food or water. When you need to get some water or a snack try to do so just before an orgasm and just be honest with yourself, no food or drink while the aftertaste is noticeable. Safety first though don't get dehydrated. Really after about three it isn't going to matter anyway. Definitely no mouthwash or toothbrush until the next morning.
