Tease or not

Ok, this might not belong here, but perhaps I'll get some replies, suggestions or any input.

My boss, an attractive younger women is very difficult to work with, we are great working professionally together and we get the job done.

However, she puts out these signals, playing with hair, leering eye contact (we stare at each other), she sits stretched on an office chair arms above her head as we talk about work, we work close together so there is always that touching of the hands, etc......i am sure I'll think of other hints.

This week, I ask her what she's doing for lunch on Friday the same day you can wear jeans, well she looked amazing, this is typically where other office workers come along to form a group, but we end up having lunch alone and we had an amazing time, but we talked mainly about work.

So my question, is she flirting with me and does she know she is?
Do I pursue this to another level?

She is divorced with young ones and I am married, but I find her so attractive, sexy, funny, talkative.......just don't know if she is really into me (18 year difference) and to take to another level or just remain friends.

Any thoughts, seems sometimes silly, but I think about her a lot.

My first knee-jerk reaction to your post was to reply, "PULL UP! PULL UP! YOU'RE HEADING FOR A CRASH!"

But then I realized that as a single guy with little relationship-experience, I couldn't advise with any genuine authority.

Having said that, my suggestion would be to think through all the ways that being a married man and making a pass at your younger boss could play out. I'd wager we can agree that inter-workplace relationships never remain secret, and, honestly, I can't see a single positive outcome.

I hope I haven't offended, or come across as judgmental.

Oh! But one positive to NOT making a pass at your boss: you could channel your frustration into writing an awesome office-themed web-tease.

Thanks Turtle,

No offense taken, I just wanted to hear what other might say, give me some feedback.....from singles, married, men or women.

As for keeping it secret, I believe that might be out there already with only a few, the fact we are attractive to each other. Right now I enjoy her company, both at work and the social gathers.

As for a tease, that would be difficult to do, especially an office setting, with my current situation ..... :-) I do however have a tease in the works.

Cheers,
