Both types of captions are appealing to me, so I cannot figure out what I do wrong when it comes to cuckolding. Maybe my follower base is simply more interested in OD. Maybe cuckolding is such a niche fetish that it is not appealing to many. Maybe my style isn't suited for this topic. Or maybe I am missing something else completely.

I really don't know and would love to hear feedback from the community on how I can improve in this regard.

I also think the first batch is better. The pictures better manage to give the impression that you are being looked into the eye, and I also think the wording is somewhat better on the first batch.
On top of that, it might of course also be a question of preferences of your follower base.
