You used to be able to click on a user name and then click seach user teases and it showed all teases made by that user this was a really useful feature why has it gone? not a good idea to get rid of that

Can search a user's teases in the webtease search bar. A little less convenient if you're already looking at the user's profile, but just as effective.

I will miss the direct link on a profile, as well.

I also noticed after doing my search by user name, that the "reset" button is also missing. That would seem to be a bigger problem.

As mentioned, there's a work-around, but seriously, why get rid of a good thing??

We've turned a "one-click" process........into a "click a progression of links, carefully type in a username (and don't mis-type the username (which may not even be a word), or you're doing it again), and THEN you have your answer" process....

Well if this feature never returns individual users themselves could technically make a view users teases link on their profile by making their signature this.

Just put the ]&[ brackets back where they should be and change ashplosh to whatever your user name is. As you will see at the bottom of my post this makes your signature the link so all posts on the forums will advertise your teases. However as i don't care for signatures i think it is nice that someone could read what i say and be able to click the link to see what teases i make so I'm personally fine with my signature being the link to my teases as long as the TOS is fine with me doing that which i think it is.

Annoying "improvement"

So while it is a little different, it is still possible and rather easy, in that it is still only 2 clicks. So, while looking through lists of teases, instead of clicking on the user's name taking you to their profile, open the tease that they wrote. Now, if you click on the author's name while inside the tease, it will take you to the list of that author's teases. So yes it is different, and yes the change is a little stupid, the work around is easy and doesn't take that long to get used to.

Fair point, but what if you're ~not~ already at one of their teases??

And that's the point of the button..... To ~find~ a specific author's webteases....

So really, it's "Process UN-Improvement"
