This is the closest I can find called a wiggle wand, but obviously not a smooth end.

It sounds like what you are talking about is a urethral sound.

Sounding is a lot of fun, but can be dangerous. Never put something in your pee-hole that wasn't designed to be there and always disinfect everything!
