I strongly prefer listing to Fiona although she only has a little bit of content and he has tons (on youtube and a lot more on patreon).
I listened to Fiona's sessions a long time ago and she is basically what got me started on the whole hypnosis thing in the first place. One late night browsing youtube ...

Give it a few tries. For some people it take a bit of practice to get into a deep trance. Try some of her other stuff (Deep Hypnosis, and Induction, for example). I find that hypnosis just feels pleasant even if you don't have a goal. If you can get to that state you will probably have more success with 'goal' oriented hypnosis.

Yes, I agree with you Ms Julie on the listen a few times as well as how it just feels pleasant.
I am also noticing in my short time listening to these kind of files, is that when I have a lower expectation of what the files is supposed to trigger or do, the better or stronger the affect/effect has been on me.
When I have a higher expectation pre set .. I am usually disappointed .. at least the first time or two. Many files have turned around and become great experiences after multiple listens. Funny how this works.

The part that makes me pop is when it gets relaxing (so often after the part when we're supposed to cum). Some of these files aren't even officially supposed to make you cum, but if you haven't cum for some time, there's a chance you will.
It's better to be lying down while listening to these with headphones with your eyes closed.
