Vibrator phone app

Does anyone know of any apps that allow you to use your phone as a vibrator with your partner? I am particularly looking for something that works across iPhone and Android systems and that one partner can control the other's phone.
I did some research and found only one of three categories: (1) the phone can vibrate, but the partner cannot control it (iVibe,iIBrate); (2) the partner can control it, but it is linked to an external toy that you have to purchase (Vibease, OhMiBod); or (3) it is described as exactly what I am looking for, but it is no longer on the app store (ex., MyVibe, CloserToGetHer).
Any feedback is appreciated.
