Non-teases and Bogus links

Short Version

Is there any way that links included in teases need to be verified in some way before the tease can be published so as to avoid support of bogus sites?

Long Version

So, teases keep appearing that lead to the same bogus BDSM site. "Extreme Dominatrix" being the most recent occurrence. My personal annoyance aside, which is pretty advanced at this point, the idea of Milovana being used in such a way really irks me. Sure, it's not like it hasn't been done before. People use videos for their teases, Hypnotists post samples of their skills, blah blah blah.

But this stands well apart. It's a straight up copy-paste of the half dozen adverts that came before. It, has no actual value as a tease, and so far as I can tell the page (bit.ly/YourDominatrix) is some sort of empty page making profit by the number of people who visit at best and some sort of Phishing page at worst.

SO, is there any way that links included in teases need to be verified in some way before the tease can be published?

From a technical perspective that would be very hard, writing something automatic that makes judgement calls is incredibly complex.
The only easy way to do it would be to manually vet teases, which would be too much of a burden.
If that sort of effort is going to be expended it should be for something positive not to address what is really just an irritant.

I think what we have in place is the optimum solution, we as the community need to vote them as a 1 and report them.
The volunteer mods then delete them when they have time.
it is a pain but it is the price we have to pay to have such a light touch and lack of barriers to having the stuff we do want on here

As you can see here, bit.ly/YourDominatrix links to http://www.fastgiveaways.com/dominatrix.

No clue what that site is about.

writing something automatic that makes judgement calls is incredibly complex.
Is it even possible? Even with super computers and other things that stretch realism way too much it's pretty much impossible for a program to successfully judge content right now, correct me if I'm wrong.

On topic:
Short Version - no
Long version - No, unless you pay to hire a special person whos work it would be to check all content. :-O
