I really like JOI videos, along with the idea of not knowing if I'll be allowed to cum at the end or have to ruin or be denied entirely.

You can make a playlist yourself. Search for the Joi videos you like, download them and rename them from 1 to n. Don't watch the videos while searching espacially not the beginning. Skip to the end to know what kind of ending it has. Maybe just listen to it... the tab with the stream in the background or minimized... Make sure there are some denial Jois, some ceis, full orgasm, or what ever you like. Use a random number generator and play the video with the corresponding number. If you have a high amount of videos chances are higher you forgot what the outcome of the video was.

Yep this is probably the only way to do it. Create a playlist of them and put it on shuffle. You could even put the denial videos in the playlist more than once to increase the chance of getting that type of video. Some day I'd love to make a TeaseMe/GuideMe just full of random JOI videos like this.

You can save videos from most of the free sites (xvideos, xhamster, redtube, etc) too, in case anyone didn't realize. Just use sites like https://savedeo.com/en/sites/xhamster or search for "save sitename videos".

This is the way to do it, because the main problem with JOi Videos are that from all you find around 80% if not more allow Orgasm, probably cause it sells better
