Hmm, new BBcode?

Heyy..
So.. I have by no means much knowledge of either code or how this site works the way it does, but upon roaming The Google jungle to find a decent countdown which I could use in my signature that actually worked and wasn't all.. huge like... I stumbled upon several mentions of custom BBcode that could do just that, and was wondering if that piece of BBcode for a countdown could be added? Somehow?
Now I know that I'm not exactly providing much on my own, and the site I found it on won't exactly give up their knowledge for free, so I'm not counting on much. x)
But I think it would fit great with the site's theme anyway.
