That would probably not be difficult to adapt to NSFW gifs. Stretch goal for me would be intelligent beat selection from the music for Cock Hero style play. Beat detection is rather difficult, but it might actually be easier if it's mostly constrained to a set of basic beat patterns and some reasonable restrictions.

theres already some kinda beat detection going on, not sure how it does it
