Cannot access milovana.com

Hello,
I've browsed this site for quite a while anonymously, but never felt the need to register until now.
Up until around the beginning of August 2014, I didnt have any trouble accessing milovana. Then it just stopped working. All requests time out.
I've tried renewing my IP address and changing DNS servers but that hasn't helped. If I come in via a web proxy I can view the forums, but no flash teases work. I thought maybe I was IP banned, even though Ive never been registered, but since I renewed my IP, I guess I can rule that out.
It could be my ISP, but I dont exactly want to call them about it as this is the only site that this has happened with.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might have happened?
