Assuming it was made around the date it was uploaded to xhamster.com (2011-07-23) there were already four Cock Hero videos (Match 1-4). The first was made by lalaland and posted as a tease here on 2009-02-02.
I've seen the video you linked to before--pretty fun. :)

Also the 7 "Wankathon" levels were released, I think, in 2009.
