Hello to all Chaps and Chapesses,
I have been away far longer than I intended.
Well I have to be careful, I have problems with heart lungs kidneys prostate knees and feet not forgetting diabetes and sleep apnea.
If I am the slightest bit worried I see the relevant Quack.
I would rather have too many tests rather than not have the one that would have mattered.
More worried I call an ambulance and sometimes that uses its blue lights.
I am seeing my Doc this week to have an admissions sheet made up with my medical history and medications prescribed. So that I can present it to help others in their initial diagnoses.
Also this week I see Podiatry for further checks on foot pains.
It looks like my prostate will be cauterized by laser to improve things with my dangly bits.
I have frequent blood test to check on kidney function and blood glucose levels.
My medications are frequently updated to keep things as good as possible.
I rarely eat preprepared food, unless I am out, but that is as a rare treat or out of necessity of needing to eat and know I will be too tired to cook when I get home.
Basically my health is still poorly,
But the most disabling factor Sleep Apnea is becoming manageable

::: welcome back.
I won't preach to you. I will only say that raw vegetable juicing has healed and transformed lives. I personally eat only organic and do quite a bit of juicing. Micro nutrients are essential to building new cells. I also take long relaxing walks every day. It makes a difference.

All comments are welcome.
In my youth I was a fell runner, I used to run up and down mountains.
Practising using stairs in office blocks and blocks of flats.
I always beat the lift up or down.
This means my feet ankles and knees are shot and cause me pain accordingly long walks are now never a pleasant thing to enjoy, and I really miss that.
I eat highly coloured veggies and pale coloured proteins, every thing is scratch cooked.
My sleep apnea was not helped by a CPAP machine as it dried my mouth out.
It has been helped by hypnosis correcting my breathing when asleep.

I myself have a heavy diet of veggies in a blender....the magnesium does wonders for health as well as regulates pretty much everything the body needs to sustain a basic diet.
