Looking for "The Housemate" series by vinkas

Hey fellow addicts,
Some time ago I did the tease The Housemate by vinkas. Later I discovered that it was the first of a three part series and made a note to go back and do the whole series. I finally decided to get around to that only to find that vinkas has vanished, and his teases along with him.
If anyone happens to have offline copies of those teases you could email to me, or put somewhere that I could download them I'd be eternally grateful.
I've noticed recently that a number of authors have removed their teases. It's very frustrating. Why do people do that?
