if anyone is tempted, stay away from devices like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ring-50mm-Male- ... 2a40e9f21e because they have movement between the ring and the cage part and as the cage is solid thin metal they have a tendency to act a bit like a pair of snips at awkward times - not fun at all [unless youre into random cutting pains i guess].

I have one of those that pinch and I have found a cure. I push the cage down towards my balls and then put hot glue in the gaps where the cage hooks to the ring. I also fill the hole where the lock goes thru. I am still able to remove the lock and cage when I am released. Once the cage is removed I just use a pocket knife to clean out the hot glue that is left.
