I am in the process of dressing up as a woman and I have always wonder how celebrities get their legs so shiny for a show.

I think it is some kind of covering on the legs. kind of like pantyhose.
Or just a good wax job and good skin.
Or maybe I'm wrong and women will find this thread pretty funny
