I keep forgetting the component list for the DL2K receiver, so I'll post it here for future reference.

Microcontroller: Microchip PIC16LF88-I/SO - link
Wireless Radio: Cypress CYRF7936 - 2.4-GHz CyFi™ Transceiver - link
RF Module: Artaflex AW24MCHL-SM - link
Battery: EEMB ER14250M - 1/2 AA, 3.6V, 750mAh - link
Piezo Buzzer: HYDZ® ???
Capacitor: Nichicon VR Series UVR1V101MED 100µF/35V - link
Accelerometer: Freescale MMA7660FC - link
Boost Converter: Unknown, marked A21g - similar
Schottky Diode: Diodes ZHCS400 - link (assumed)

Update 6/29/2014: Determined accelerometer model from its case marking 2637660...
Update 2/10/2015: Boost converter is an unknown device marked A21g in a SOT-23-5 package and voltage limited to 30V. This device from TI seems to be very similar in specs.
Update 2/15/2015: Likely identified Schottky diode. Marked BD, close to boost converter pin 1, 40V.
Update 6/13/2015: More precisely identified cap.
