Hate to break it to you but it's your fault for not reading the charges thoroughly enough.
If you really think you've been scammed find the number for their customer service department and explain but unless they didn't explain clearly about the charges when you signed up for payments they have no legal obligation to return the money.
Also call up your bank and have them cancel the recurring payments and if necessary request that they issue you with a new card.
Oh and finally despite the fact that the site in question is fetish related please don't bring your complaints to the milovana forums, there's nothing any of us can do about it and it draws attention away from other more relevant topics.

Also, you don't have to spam the whole forum and other threads with the same thing.

Don't worry, people can see your thread, but I don't think anyone can do anything about it.

I guess mistressandrea is the real scammer here. The only reason for these 4 threads is to lure some people on the site. It says on the site that an account is free, but if you want to do something you have to pay. I guess this site is of the kind once you have registered they try to bait you constantly into a membership.

we are not the internet police
in Fact..
our official policy on this is
"If you are stupid enough to fall for it you deserve the consequences"
I personally do not agree with this policy
and do what I can on this site
however I can not help you get back your money
nor can I do anything about another website, besides this one.
contact their moderators/ administrators...

This would not be a scam, rather a billing dispute since you did request services/membership, however the amount billed was not what you agreed too.
In the states, you have 30 days from that statement closing date to initiate a billing dispute. Every company policy is different. If it is a debit card you typically get a provisional credit while they investigate. A credit card typically will credit your account after the investigation, however you are not billed interest on the disputed amount.
If in fact you were charged unjustly, and this is not a reverse psychology attempt to get people to visit the site, due to the business nature of the site, most of these disputes will go through, and you may be able to get your money back.
If you paid by EFT/ACH via a electronic check, then it is much harder to get the funds back.
Either way, good luck to you.

This person didn't get scammed, but is merely looking to have other people click the link. The same content of the original post in this thread was sent via pm to many members of this site. Do not click the link. Do not try to reason with or feel bad for the creator of this thread, because that is the one trying to get people's money.

To be honest, I didn't even check the link and I don't have to because we can't help much anyway. All we can do in such cases is basically this:

You are right. I just wanted to make clear that the OP itself is a scam. I just can't understand how gullible the milovana community is. It's not the first time that people fall for these scam posts...

I just flagged it as spam
Just reading it makes me think of all that crap i get in my junk mail.
I bet a IP trace-back would end up in one of the top 3 scammer/spammer country's just like my junkmail.
In the remote unlikely case that this is someone who's main language is obviously not English and is more gullible then a potato and to whom this really happened just go to your bank.
Or ever better, dont pay with a card, use paypal or get yourself a pre-payed credit card from your bank.

Lol.
Alt is a pay site has been for years and years, over a decade. I don't think they do recurring billing nor am I sure how one could rack up that much money in three months under their shown billing details. It would probably be pushing it to hit over 400-600 in that time.
A moderator should lock this or delete it.
