I have done some google searches..but all I find is the picture
I can not afford it.. but I am curious to find out
if it is for sale..

For me it seems photoshop, so im afraid its not available for sale. If you watch carefully, at the edges of the dragon, there are some shadows that missing, so its photo editing.
Nice though, i want one too
