I think prostate milking is very similar to ruined orgasm. There is no immediate relief, but I think it does reduce the 'pressure' just a little bit.

Did you succeed in milking? The key is horniness. Many guys on here seem to have several orgasms a week. If you do that then milking is very difficult. You need to let things build up for a while (like two weeks). Then milking becomes easy.
