Google images didn't bring anything of note up. FYI it's pretty easy to search by image, just go to google and type "search by image" and follow the on screen instructions.
For what it's worth, it looks like an amateur shot, so could be just about anyone, anywhere.

Yeah, Banquo is right, it's an amateur shot. I was able to dig up this website, (http://www.imagefap.com/photo/1844922024/#0) which has the name "Sandra" in the top, but the title doesn't change for the album of pictures so it could be from any one of the girls.
But there is a website in the top that's not in your picture, so she should be here somewhere if you really want to look.
