Success or Failure teases?

Like some others I've read here, I tend to get a real kick out of teases where there's a skill/endurance challenge, with rewards for doing well and punishments for failing.
In the past I've had better luck finding great teases by asking you guys rather than relying only on the search function, so If you don't mind indulging me: do you have any recommendations for teases with this theme? could be orgasm/denial, pleasure/pain, competition where loser is submissive(probably rare) etc.
I'm not requesting any teases be made, I just want to get a handle on what's already out there. I've already found a few along these lines, and they've got me stoked to dig deeper.
