I think you are confusing transgender with sissification, which is by it's nature forcing someone to act less masculine and to wear women's underwear/ clothes. Buck Angel seems to be doing this by choice rather than as a submissive or overtly sexual act. It's an interesting query though, as it's far more socially acceptable for women to wear more masculine clothes than it is for a guy to wander down the high street in stilletos. Therefore "sissifying" a women would likely push less subbmissive buttons for the person being forced to do it.

Everyone's different of course but in general making a girl wear flat shoes, or a pair of boxer shorts is less likely to have an effect than having a guy wear a pink cotton thong or paint his nails pink.

Yeah it doesnt have anything to do with sissification. It's probably something entirely different. I don't understand it, but all I know is that Buck is awesome!
