Loooking for a nice CBT tease with icy-hot or similar stuff

So I'v had this idea in my mind to try icy-hot. I will accept any tease suggestions, and here are my preferences.
icy-hot is a muscle-relaxant, and the idea is that it stings and burns when applied to sensitive skin. I look for teases that use it or any similar stuff. Other variants are hot sause, toothpaste, deep heat, etc.
Hard limits - very important for me.:
A FLASH TEASE
Icy-hot / hot sause / toothpaste play is a must
No outdoor play and public humiliation.
No scat/urine/food/alcohol play
No crossdressing (simply don't have womens clothes to do it)
Soft limits and preferences (may be ignored):
Preferrably with stroking/edging
Preferrably not a part of a long series.
Preferrably with no spanking tasks. I'm OK with it but it is too loud and I'm worried about descreetness.
Preferrably with light-medium ball torture. I'm OK with slapping them, squeezing them, but not OK with punching them as hard as I can, beating them with bottles of water, etc.
Anal play is acceptible
Please, share your suggestions, because I never payed attention to teases with pain. Even if some limits are broken but you like the tease - post it, It won't hurt (haha) and may be of use to someone else, just mark what is there in it that breaks the limits.
