Your help wanted

Hi all, i hope everyone is well.
Today i got onto the tube in London (jubilee line) and i saw a lady carrying a magazine with the headline:
"There's an art to kicking someone in the balls"
This naturally caught my eye, and as i took a second glance i saw the background was a stocking-clad and booted leg.
I was going to ask her what she was reading, but she got off at the next stop a few seconds later, I wondering if anyone knew or could find out what this magazine may have been? The front cover was a dark navy blue, and the paper looked cheap, like it may have been a freely handed-out mag. The page opposite had handcuffs as the background. Are there any fetish-base magazines in London/the UK that this may have been?
I tried doing a quick google search but didn't spot anything.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!
