Does anyone here get off on their own webteases? I'm trying to come up with one, and I can only imagine I'd be hearing myself in it, rather than whatever fantasy babe is shown in the pictures.

well, if it's YOUR tease it should be based upon some of YOUR kinks, if that doesn't get you off, I don't know what will :p

I like my own teases. Especially some time after I wrote them when I forget what exactly is in there.

My teases are my own fantasies, and they feature women I find incredibly sexy... so I enjoy my own sequences, and it's easy to imagine the right voices.

There is, however, something lost due to predictability. After testing, previewing, and proofreading a sequence over and over, any element of surprise or suspense is obviously lost. That is partly why the first "tease" I published was actually a card game with wildly varying random difficulty and random endings. It also reinforces the fantasy of not being in control, imho.

All of my teases are based very closely on a recurring fantasy of my own. I have always decided to sit down and make a tease when I am genuinely obsessed with a given fantasy. IE before I began to work on Bookworm I kept fantasizing about a hot librarian who lured out my submissive side by including fem domm fiction in her library, and after days or weeks of masturbating to nothing else I began to look for suitable pics and to write some of the central pages.

In my case at least the long hours of writing and editing a tease will take away that magic. While I start out obsessed with the fantasy, at some point in the middle of making a tease I lose that horniness and instead find myself thinking of the tease as a project I should work to finish. As you guessed, by the end of it I feel I am reading my own words instead of hearing the words of a smokin hot mistress.

However, my own teases get really interesting after I have ignored them for months. I still can't lose myself in them like I can in the words of another author, because I typically start to remember the words I wrote so that I am guessing what the next page will say. However, many times reading some of one of my older teases can send my mind tumbling back in to the fantasy that motivated that tease in the first place, allowing me to just close my eyes and tease my self all over again. In that sense I definitely do enjoy "my own brand," after all nobody knows my own kinks better than me!
