I know there are a couple of new episodes in the works at the moment, but this feels like the longest wait for something new since i started visiting this forum a couple of years ago..

I'm no creator, so i'm not complaining, but i really thought CH would boom as more and more people found out about it.. yet it feels like it's in decline..

Now that most of the old school and original producers don't seem to contribute anymore, and no-one really seems to be taking their place.. it really feels like this is a dying niche.. which is a shame...

The subjective perception can be deceiving.

If you have some spare time you could gather information of the release dates of the episodes and put them into a diagram. So we can see how the trend is or if it is just a seasonal phenomenon.

Or, you could go to www.cockhero.bugs3.com and start at the top of the list and do each video to see if you can work your way all the way to the bottom before another new one gets added to the list. Now THAT would be impressive.

Yea its been a long wait for anything new recently!

I got bored so I decided to get vegas and I started making one at the start of the weekend, already got 6 rounds complete but 4 of them are the same theme so im gunna make 2 or 3 more to add those 4 and have a feet themed one seeing as the only other foot themed CH was softcore only wasnt really my thing! No beat meter though as ive heard you can only do it in after effects so I just added text a bit like the flux ones although im no where near as badass as vindicare at editing! Ill probably work on the other rounds later tonight and then figure out how to make a torrent so you should have a new one in a few days but again dont expect the quality of flux although id like to learn to be that good :)

I think the old creators got burned by this, wich is totally understandable, if they we´re being payed that would be another conversation, lol! .... i think its not easy to create an CH series for example...

The ammount of work to put out an over the top quality CH is overhelming, believe me, it´s hours and hours and days and days of working hard looking for excellency.... i think every creator is looking for that excelent quality, wich is great ... Thats why is taking so long for new CH´s to arrive.... but with Frivolous and the Levels series every month or so you will get an new CH editon to play with, hopefully, its great to see the milovana community gettting together to have that done, thanks to Frivolous!!!!!! .... In my opinion i prefer to wait a little bit longer and be suprised by an over the top quality CH editon than an overrated editon with lots of errors and lot of cliches that everyone seems to not like...

My 2 cts

Ways to get more content IMO:

Option 1) Some way to collect payment from the known authors. Donations wouldn't do, it would have to be some kind of gateway to require the payment. If I were a creator, I would still assume that the amount of people willing to pay for them through Milovana would be too low to bother. I probably personally wouldn't pay, as there is already enough free content.

Option 2) Somehow make it dead easy to create these. Some online tool where you can select for example music tracks from YouTube, videos from youporn and tap out the stroke meter and it would create the videos from these. But practically this also seems too difficult to do. Again I admit I probably wouldn't code this, as it would be too much work with no obvious gain.

So looks like we will continue to depend on a few nice creators to treat us to their creations every now and then!

Yeah, I noticed that CH is dying too. I'm gonna make next episode in near future, but currently I'm woring on something else, so stay tuned

I have a 4th one that's almost done. It took me longer than usual to make this new one because I'm trying to challenge myself and innovate; though mainly because the video content is 1080p and extremely slow to edit, often crashing my old PC. So I got fed up and bought a new computer just last week mainly so I could edit my new CH without issues.

OP: I felt the way you did last year around this time. Soon there will be an influx, it's just in a lull period. Though I think the genre will maintain this level of 4-6 quality CH's being released yearly for a while. I don't see the requirements for making one to change anytime soon, it's still very time consuming with a steep learning curve. Though of course I'm trying to change that by offering video editing advice, and offering to make free beat meters (which only 2 people have taken me up on)

I agree there is definitely a high learning curve. When I started making episodes there definitely were more CHs coming out. I think alot of the older creators are just tired. I fully understand, I've done what.. like 9 of them now? lol. They are a massive amount of work.

Honestly I think the brewster has the right idea though. The beat meters are really the most daunting task in my opinion. And I feel like a lot of creators that uploaded CHs without meters got torn in to so they possibly aren't very encouraged to keep going. So it's good that brewster is willing to make meters for people. We could maybe even take it a step further and create solo meters attached to music available for download. Meters that are premade with music before anyone builds their edit. ( I think someone may have done that actually) then anyone can go in and edit with that file and the meter is already done.

Hell if someone wanted they could just take a CH that's already made, drop the video out and add their own over it. preserving just the beat meter and tunes. I don't think anyone would really mind as long as something new is coming out.

Hello all. I am new to the forum and just recently discovered cock hero. It's not like I've been under a rock either, over the past few . . decades. I think this is a fantastic concept and I really take my hat off to all the people involved with its creation and continuance over a number of years. This is really remarkable and I cannot think of any other erotic medium that has been similarly designed, except for some of the animated sex player games. These have a real purpose, and they seem to work well, based on feedback from people in this forum. With the large number of these videos out there, I would not worry so much about CH dying, rather I would celebrate its life. How man others such as myself have yet to discover the wonders of these videos? It should be celebrated for all the different formats it addresses and will continue in the future. There is another posting in this forum where members are reflecting and commenting on the whole series. So I would not worry about it going away, but how can we expand it? How many other on-line forums have these videos been promoted to? Perhaps we can take the time to roll out the concept to others, spread the word, so to speak, and revitalize this medium.

I've seen a few creators say that they're very close to finishing new CHs. Someone just put up a foot fetish CH. They're not coming out like they used to, but as others have said, it's a ton of work for the creators. They have lives. I'm grateful whenever someone puts out a new one, even if it doesn't knock me out. If it gets down to just a handful of great CHs per year, that would be too bad, but the solution is to make my own.
