This might have been posted before,but at least I didn't find it, so sorry if this had already been asked.

I have had the same happen to me as well..
I Wish I was the one who could solve the issue
what kind of windows are you using?
have you everything updated? Java? flash players?
and what kind of fire walls or web site blocking might you have?
any ,, all of this can cause problems
hopefully if you post details someone with more tech knowledge than me can help if you are still having that problem.
