More than likely it would be a violation of terms of service. It may be legal where you live, but it's not legal worldwide which is where anything put online can be seen.

What if I put a legal disclaimer at beginning saying that this tease was intended for people living where it is legal if it is not leal where you live it is advised you close this tease.
At that point it should be like porn sites where they assume you are legal age on entry except in this case due to disclaimer like porn sites have wouldn't it be covered then since its assuming by the person continuing the tease is being done in a legal jurisdiction

Yeah this would by no means be illegal. Something being illegal to possess and or consume does not inherently also mean that it is illegal to discuss the act of doing so. In most of the USA, smoking weed is still illegal, however, in all of the USA, it is legal to discuss smoking weed.

For those not living in the USA, the same principle still applies, with very few if any exceptions.
